- (1953) Musta-punahalkoisessa kilvessä hopeinen koivunoksa paaluittain.
- (2005) Hopeakentässä musta alasin, josta nousee punainen lieska.
Origin/meaning
The present arms were adopted in 2005 and are the old arms of Värtsilä.
The previous arms were officially granted on April 20, 1953.
The arms refer to the large birch forests in the region.
