Escudo cortado por un ceñidor de oro. Primero, de sinople, acequia de plata. Segundo, de azur, león rampante de gules sobre una columna de plata con la leyenda "PLUS ULTRA" de sable. Al timbre Corona Real cerrada.

The arms were officially granted on April 20, 1996.
