History: Formed at Fishguard in August 1915.

In front of a fountain an eagle volant Or.
Motto: Fugo non fugio

Origin/meaning

The Unit which operated mainly took the fountain to represent this, and the eagle in diving position to indicate its readiness to attack. The Motto translates as I put to fight, I do not flee. The Badge was approved in August 1940.
