Un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite. În interiorul scutului se află o acvilă de argint, cu ciocul și ghearele de aur, cu aripile deschise și întoarsă spre dreapta, ținând între gheare o sabie de argint, cu mânerul și garda de aur, spre dreapta, culcată pe culmea în formă de șa a unui deal verde cu patru coline; acvila este flancată de un soare de aur, la dreapta și o semilună de argint, la stânga; în vârful scutului se află o bandă undată de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 27, 2012.

The green hills symbolize the mountainous area where the town is located. The saddle-shaped peak signifies the Nyerges peak, where battles took place during the Revolution of 1848-1849.

The eagle holding the sword reminds of the monument of the heroes from the center of the locality.

The sun and crescent are old symbols specific to the area.

The wavy base represents Lake Saint Anne.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
