History: Formed at South Carlton in November 1917.

A panther rampant sable, incensed gules.
Motto: Primi hastati.
Origin/meaning
The Panther symbolises hunting at night.The attitude indicate Attack. The Motto translates as ”The first of the legion”. The Badge was approved in January 1944.
