History: Formed at Ringway in Janaury 1942.

In front of a sword in pale gules pomelled and hilted Or the point downwards a scroll proper.
Motto: Prepared for all things
Origin/meaning
The Sword represent the dropping of suplies to the French Resistance. The Scroll symbolises the dropping of Leaflets. The badge was granted in April 1945.
